FedEx, US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within two (2) business day.

At the current time we only ship items to the Continental U.S.
Return any defective item within 7 business days of the invoice date for a full refund, exchange or adjustment. After this time period the manufacturers' warranty applies.
Warranty/Guarantee- There is no expressed warranty for any of our products. We do our best to represent the item and its condition. For items that are brand new in the box, the manufacturer warranty prevails, we do not offer warranties on any of our items. Used items that we sell are guaranteed to work and not arrive DOA unless the auction states that the item is being sold as is.

Please insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS / FedEx or insured Parcel Post to the address below. We recommend UPS / FedEx be used on high value items. If you ship via the post office we suggest delivery confirmation with a signature required.
With all returns, please include:
Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number (optional).
All defective or DOA returns must be returned in the condition they were received in.
